A wedge will impact the region over the next few days, which means cloudy and scattered light rain.
The big weather story for the next few days will be the wedge forecast to develop across the region. High pressure to the north will bring in moist air off the Atlantic, which means clouds will be on the increase through the day on Wednesday, with mostly cloudy skies for Thursday and Friday with a chance of isolated to scattered showers each day. The rain won’t be widespread or heavy, but it will be enough to cause some annoyances so keep an umbrella handy.
The clouds and showers will hold our temps down into the low-60’s for Thu/Fri, but beyond that we are in for a fantastic weekend and much warmer temps. Saturday and Sunday both look gorgeous with plenty of sun and highs reaching the mid/upper-60’s on Saturday and low-70’s on Sunday. We’ll warm even more to start next week before our next rain chance arrives mid/late week.
