Other than some showers on Thursday night into Friday, the pattern remains fairly quiet across the region as warm weather continues.
I hope everyone enjoyed our absolutely stunning weekend here across Northeast Georgia. We’ve got more of the same in the forecast for today and tomorrow with temperatures approaching, and perhaps surpassing, the 80º mark on both your Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
As we head into Wednesday a wedge of high pressure will develop leading to an increase in cloud cover and a slight chance of a brief afternoon shower.
A cold front will approach the region through the day Thursday bringing in some light showers on Thursday night through most of the day Friday. Rainfall amounts look unfortunately light, with less than a half inch expected.
We’ll clear out once again with yet another beautiful weekend setting up.
