We’ll remain quite warm for the next 7 days, with wet weather likely Thursday/Friday.
After plentiful sunshine the past few days (and high clouds Wednesday), expect clouds to increase and thicken through the day today, though we should remain dry. Rain chances will be on the increase starting early Thursday morning, but mainly through Thursday afternoon when scattered showers will become possible. Rain becomes likely overnight Thursday and through the entire day Friday. I doubt we see much heavy precip, but expect widespread light rain/drizzle throughout the day Friday. Rainfall amounts should total a half inch or less across the region.
A lingering shower may persist into early Saturday morning, but we should see full clearing by mid-day Saturday and temps returning back into the mid-70’s. Things are shaping up beautifully for Sunday with temps nearing 80 again.
Sunny conditions will persist through the first of next week before our next rain chance rolls in sometime mid-week.
