Independence Day Weekend Forecast

Independence Day weekend looks classically summer.

For your Saturday expect mostly sunny skies through the morning with a few clouds and a stray shower or storm possible during the late afternoon and evening hours. We should clear out in time for any fireworks displays on Saturday night, however. For an hour-by hour forecast check here.

For Sunday and Monday expect again clear skies early, but some showers/storms possible through the afternoon. The latest modeling continues to drop our rain chances for both Sunday and Monday keeping most of the precipitation to our north. Of the two days, Monday will have the highest rain chance as a stout upper level disturbance works to our north.
