The Rabun County Wildcats shook off a cold start Friday to beat the Habersham Central Raiders in their season opener under new head coach Benji Harrison.
Things looked good early on for the Raiders as they got on the board first and led at the half, 14-13, but the Raiders couldn’t answer Rabun’s second half surge. The Wildcats won the non-conference game 42-14.

The Raiders next take on Northview at home on September 4th. Game time is 7:30pm.
