Vendor booths still available. Public invited to attend.
Local businesses will have an opportunity to pitch their products and services to consumers during the upcoming Habersham Chamber Business Expo.
The second annual event is scheduled for 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. on August 16 at the Cornelia Community House on Wyly Street.
Chamber President Judy Taylor says a variety of businesses will be featured. “Many will be attracting visitors to their booth with a prize drawing, give-aways, candy, interesting displays, and information that could serve the needs of participants.”
The event is designed as a festival of sorts where people can come buy lunch and peruse the different booths. Public admission is free. Door prizes will be drawn every 30 minutes. You must be present to win. Free vital sign checks also will be available. In addition, a “People’s Choice” award will be given to attendees’ favorite booth. Voting will take place throughout the day and the award will be handed out at 2 p.m.
Vendor booths are still available. The deadline to reserve a booth to display your business is August 11.
