The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says it has completed the autopsy on Clarkesville Mayor, Dr. Terry Green. The agency has not, however, issued a public statement on its findings.
In a statement issued to Now Habersham late Tuesday, GBI spokeswoman Nelly Miles says, “At this time, the investigation is active and ongoing and agents will be speaking with family members about the progress of the investigation to include the autopsy results.”
Miles continues, “We will update you accordingly when new information will be made available.”

Mayor Greene died from a shooting investigators say resulted from a domestic disturbance between him and his wife at their Clarkesville home Sunday night.
